The Council of Ministers of the LPR, by its resolution, established the right to free travel on public transport for students in grades 1-9 of secondary schools in the republic for the current academic year.

“In order to provide social support for students in grades 1-9 of secondary schools (educational institutions) of the Lugansk People's Republic... to establish that students in grades 1-9 of secondary schools (educational institutions) have the right to free travel in public transport vehicles of regular urban and suburban traffic , urban electric transport from the place of residence (place of stay) to the place of study and back in the period from 01.09.2015/31.05.2016/16 to 00/XNUMX/XNUMX on school days until XNUMX:XNUMX,” the document says.
The resolution also approved the form of a travel document confirming the student’s right to free travel subject to the conditions specified above, and educational institutions were instructed to organize the preparation and issuance of these travel documents to students in grades 1-9.
“This resolution comes into force on September 1, 2015 and is valid until May 31, 2016,” the document says.
