The LPR said that the OSCE mission turns a blind eye to the crimes of the Ukrainian military
The report of the OSCE Monitoring Mission for August 24 states that the city of Pervomaisk of the Lugansk People's Republic was shelled by the Ukrainian side from 82mm mortars, while in fact the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired 122mm mortars. The People's Militia of the LPR and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LPR have video materials that indicate the lies of the monitoring mission.

Official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrei Marochko stated this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On August 24, representatives of the joint center for coordination and control worked in the city of Pervomaisk regarding this gross violation of the Minsk agreements. The forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the LPR LM recovered artillery shells of 122mm caliber from the craters. There are photos and videos of this ammunition. This fact once again indicates that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have not withdrawn their heavy weapons from the line of combat contact. Well, why is there different information in the report of the special monitoring mission? I will probably leave it without comment. I propose asking this question to the leadership of the mission,” said a representative of the LPR defense department.
