This was announced by the head of the public organization Civil Initiative “Rights on the Right” Dmitry Snegirev.

“16 KAMAZ trucks of humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation drove into Lugansk from Stanitsa Luganskaya, through the village of Nikolaevka along a dirt road that is not controlled by the Ukrainian military,” Snegirev said.

Also, according to the Rossiya 24 TV channel, all 280 trucks have already left the territory of Russia: there are no white trucks left on the sites in front of the Donetsk checkpoint.

As Navigator reported, today the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Russia has decided to send a humanitarian convoy to Lugansk. In Kyiv, this step was called aggression.
