“It will be very difficult (May 25 – editor’s note). I recommend that our citizens, in principle, not to go, why. Because there is reliable information that provocations will be carried out at polling stations. That is, right up to explosions. It is on the part of the National Guard, on the part of the government, to blame the “Army of the South-East” for disrupting the elections.
