According to her, the curator of one of the groups refused to participate in the event, citing the fact that she was afraid for her safety. However, she encouraged the students to go anyway.
As a result, Elena ignored the rally.
“My former colleagues from Taras Shevchenko Luhansk National University have been calling and complaining for two days: they are being forced, under threat of dismissal, to go to a rally for the current government. Guys, I answer everyone: don’t go - everyone won’t be fired. No one will do your deed without you,” said former university teacher Sergei Prasolov, in turn, on his Facebook page.
