“Weapons began to be issued based on passport data and only to verified persons in order to prevent unrest and unauthorized use of weapons, because the main task of the militia is to maintain law and order in the city,” said Alexander, one of the Luhansk Guard activists, on Lifenews.

According to the 0642 website, at night the militia forced the Ukrainian military out of the military commissariat building. As a result of the shootout during the assault on the military commissariat, one militia died, two more were injured. According to the GUMVD in the Luhansk region, two conscript soldiers were injured yesterday: one during the assault on the military commissariat, one during the assault on the military unit.

It is still not known for certain where the soldiers from the military registration and enlistment office went. According to one version, in the morning they were supposed to be sent by air to Vinnitsa. According to another version, representatives of the "People’s Army of the South-East" were taken out of the military enlistment office on buses by bus, despite the crowd wanting to lynch them.

Weapons were taken and given to custody of the "Berkut".

Earlier, the NSDC secretary Andrei Paruby said that the "National Guard repulsed the attack" on the military commissariat.

As Navigator reported, yesterday the leadership of the “Luhansk Republic” announced the complete mobilization and reassignment of all security forces: those who did not take the oath to the people of the Luhansk region will be considered traitors.
