Lugansk, April 29 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In Lugansk, pro-Russian activists hung a Russian flag over the building of the regional police department.

As Navigator reported, today in Lugansk protesters seized the building of the regional state administration, the regional prosecutor's office, the court of appeal and the regional television and radio company.
After this, the protesters moved to the building of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Lugansk region. According to eyewitnesses, the building was fired upon from machine guns.
Activists demanded that National Guard members leave the premises, handing over their weapons and passing through a human corridor.
The protesters’ demand for the resignation of the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Lugansk region, Vladimir Guslavsky, was satisfied: he submitted his resignation. The document was sent to Kyiv by fax.
