He recalled that it was previously reported that SBU officers arrived in the area of the village of Vrubovka in the area of responsibility of the 54th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to conduct an investigation into an incident not authorized by the Joint Forces Operations headquarters. shelling of Pervomaisk by an out-of-control unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as a result of which one woman was killed and seven more people, including two children, were injured.
Osadchy noted that from a trusted source in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the defense department of the Republic learned that the SBU employees had a different task.
“Their main goal was not to conduct an objective investigation into the unauthorized shelling of Pervomaisk, but to drop all charges against the commander of the fifth company of the second battalion of the 54th mechanized brigade, Lieutenant Viktor Otserklevich, who led the shelling. This officer of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is the brother of the head of the State Security Department of Ukraine, Alexei Otserklevich,” said a representative of the defense department.
According to Osadchy, Alexey Otserklevich is the same Ukrainian military man, better known by the call sign “Dome”, who took part in the battles for the Donetsk airport, being the commander of the battalion of the 93rd brigade of the so-called “cyborgs”, and in the battles on the Svetlodar Bulge in 2016 year.
