Ukrainian fake was denied in Lugansk
The LPR denied statement Ukrainian headquarters of the "OOS" about the alleged destruction of the People's Militia combat vehicle.
The official representative of the LPR defense department, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, made a corresponding statement during the briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He said that the OOS headquarters reported on February 5 that the Ukrainian military, using the Ukrainian-made Stugna-P portable anti-tank missile system, allegedly destroyed near the demarcation line, in the area between Sokolniki and Krymsky, a combat vehicle of the LPR People's Militia, which, they say, , participated in the operation to capture the Ukrainian command post. At the same time, the Ukrainian side stated that as a result of this operation, two LPR soldiers were killed and eight were injured.
“The Ukrainian side makes such statements to raise the morale of Ukrainian military personnel. There was no such incident. On the eve of the presidential elections, the military-political leadership of Ukraine is purposefully glorifying military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, counting on the votes of military personnel in support of the current president,” Marochko emphasized.
