According to him, weapons from the arsenal “were issued to military officers who know how to handle them.” The activist claims that there are now about 200 opponents of the new Kyiv government in the SBU building.
“The head of the SBU department, General Petrulevich, is under arrest in his office. This is a new person, a protege of the Kyiv junta. He is treated correctly, no one infringes on him,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
According to him, “according to the latest data, all ordinary employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have gone over to the side of the people.” Now a spontaneous rally is gathering near the seized SBU building; there are already several hundred people here.
“Our main demand is the cleansing of the Lugansk region from illegitimate authorities, and then holding a referendum,” emphasized the representative of the Russian Bloc.
