In Lugansk, a high-profile crime involving the theft and possession by officials of the Republican Hospital of humanitarian supplies and medical supplies purchased from budget funds was uncovered. The chief physician of the Republican Clinical Hospital, Oleg Volman, was arrested for this crime.

It is reported that Wolman and his colleagues stole medicines from 2015 to February 2017. Law enforcement officers insist that for this, doctors equipped entire “cache” in the bomb shelter and basement of the medical institution. It is also reported that on the eve of the inspection, medical staff tried to burn stolen medicines right in the hospital courtyard.
During the filming, security forces demonstratively tap the walls of the hospital and break them down with crowbars, finding bricked-up boxes of medicine there.
