The corresponding decree signed by the leader of the LPR Valery Bolotov was published on the LPR website.

In addition, the decree states that all SBU personnel must undergo mandatory re-certification by the LPR State Security Committee in order to continue serving.

“SBU officers who have not passed recertification, if they continue their illegal activities in the LPR, will be considered war criminals with all the ensuing legal consequences,” the document emphasizes.

Let us recall that yesterday Bolotov announced the creation of the State Security Committee (KGB), one of the divisions of which will be SMERSH (counterintelligence department).
