About this in interview Gazeta.ru said the head of the Center for Political Conjuncture, Alexey Chesnakov, who is called in the media close to the administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
He called the change of power in Lugansk an internal affair of the LPR, noting that the situation in the republic is currently stable.
“The tension in the republic has been lifted and, according to Vladislav Surkov, the situation in Lugansk is more stable than in Kyiv and some other European capitals. Everything is calm in Lugansk,” Chesnakov emphasized.
