The commander of the “Army of the South-East” was detained in Lugansk – Avakov
Lugansk, May 16 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Kyiv special group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the SBU, by decision of a court in one of the districts of Lugansk, detained the commander of the “Army of the South-East” Alexey Relke.

This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arseniy Avakov, the press service of the department reports.
The detainee was taken to Kyiv for investigative actions.
According to Avakov, Relke is “one of the most radical terrorists operating in the East of Ukraine.”
“He was transferred to another area to carry out investigative actions and choose a preventive measure. He is suspected of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 14, art. 113, 109, 208 of the Criminal Code,” Avakov noted.
Let us recall that on May 13, the National Guard announced the detention of the quartermaster of Slavyansk, who supplied the units that captured the city with food and other essential items. This information was ridiculed by social media users.
In addition, Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Lyashko announced on the eve of May 9 that the “Minister of Defense of the DPR” was detained in Mariupol.
