Such measures were taken “taking into account the concern of residents of the city of Lugansk and the region that on the streets, including at public events, there are a large number of young guys with masks on their faces, wearing caps with slits for the eyes,” the public relations department reports Municipal Department of Internal Affairs.
It is reported that such citizens will be detained and taken to the police department for identification.
Let us remind you that rallies are being held in Lugansk for the federalization of Ukraine, and earlier the regional council adopted a resolution on non-recognition of the new government in Kyiv.
