In the Lugansk region, a military commissar took away a conscript's salary
Kyiv, February 25 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – In the Lugansk region, law enforcement officers detained the commissioner of the Belokurakinsky-Troitsk military registration and enlistment office for bribery.

According to Anatoly Naumenko, head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Luhansk region, the official accepted a mobilized conscript into service at the commissariat for a reward in the form of a monthly kickback from his salary.
According to Naumenko, the commissioner of the Belokurakinsky-Troitsky military registration and enlistment office received a monthly remuneration in the amount of 90% of the conscript’s salary.
The military commissar was detained at the moment of receiving the next portion of the funds. The actions of the military commissar are pre-qualified under Part 3 of Art. 368-3 (“Bribery of an official of a legal entity of private law, regardless of the organizational and legal form”) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
For committing such actions, liability is provided in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to 3 years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to two years and with special confiscation.
