At any moment: the West will easily recruit new bulk in Russia
The “terrible repressions” that the Russian liberal opposition moans about are superficial. They cannot be called a real purge of the fifth column.

Because persecuting every husk from the marginal opposition is not at all the same, because all marginal oppositionists, including the Berlin patient, are nothing more than performers. They are not independent and have never been independent.
They never had independent significance as figures who could carry out any operations. They were always on hand. Some are higher, some are lower. And when they are now dispersed (someone is sewing mittens), this is such a local victory. It solves absolutely nothing, because more volunteer helpers will be recruited in the West. They have money and a lure scheme for this,” Manoilo said.
He believes that the situation in Russia that nearly collapsed Venezuela at one time remains, when the leader’s entourage is tied to personal assets in the West.
“Are there any attempts to change the situation? I don't really see them yet. And since there are no attempts, the threat remains, and so do the risks. And we need to think about how to ensure the security of our country’s leadership if the situation on the external perimeter sharply worsens.
Now there is a certain pause before the elections. There are no serious operations like the next Skripal case. We can say that we are in a period of semi-quiet and are not straining our strength. What will happen if the game starts again in a big way, like in 2018-19, when a whole galaxy of operations were successfully carried out by the West,” warns Manoilo.
