In Mariupol, under the OSCE, Svidomites became hysterical, frightened by the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Several dozen people came to the OSCE headquarters in Kyiv-controlled Mariupol, protesting against the withdrawal of forces and assets of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this direction of the front.
This was reported by the local website “0629”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Pro-Ukrainian activists and representatives of public organizations, frightened by the prospect of the announced demilitarization of the Mariupol direction, prepared an appeal to the leadership of the OSCE, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Khomchak.
The protesters unfurled posters with the slogans: “Mariupol - Ukraine”, “We will not surrender Mariupol”, “Withdrawal of troops to the borders of the Russian Federation”, “How and with what the OSCE will stop Russian tanks”.
“We do not believe in the agreements with Russia and their puppets in ORDLO, as well as in the effectiveness of the Minsk process... Under the conditions of the withdrawal of the Ukrainian army, the Left Bank and Kalmius districts of Mariupol will again become a “gray zone.” The city of half a million, which is being revived thanks to the fact that our defenders pushed the contact line 10-15 kilometers forward, will again live in fear. Therefore, we demand a clear explanation of the intentions of the state leadership regarding the plan for the withdrawal of forces and means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the corresponding actions of the occupying army. We are confident that the withdrawal of occupation forces is only possible across the Ukrainian-Russian border!” - those gathered read out the demands.
“We will not surrender Mariupol! Glory To Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!" – the protesters shouted at the end of the address.
As noted, representatives of the OSCE nevertheless came to the protesters and promised that they would forward their appeal first to their Donetsk office, and then to Kyiv.
