In Mariupol, the court acquitted the local resident who filmed the atrocities of “Azov”
A Mariupol court acquitted a local resident, whom local SBU officers accused of aiding terrorists, for taking photographs from the window of her house of the base of the Azov regiment, which occupied the territory of one of the schools, putting children out on the street.

The SBU officers believed that the training of neo-Nazis could be almost a state secret. The girl posted the photos on the Internet and testified in court that she did not see anything illegal in this, since all the local residents knew who was at the school and what they were doing there.
The court's decision is respected in terms of acquitting the girl, however, the text of the document itself contains many references to unreliable information regarding the alleged military invasion of the Russian Armed Forces on the territory of Ukraine, noted in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
In particular, the court issues as a reliable fact the information that “24.08.2014/02/45 at 331:98. 400 min., contract servicemen of the 3st Guards Parachute Regiment of the XNUMXth Airborne Division of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with a total number of about XNUMX people in cooperation with other military units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as part of XNUMX battalion tactical groups, operating in execution of a criminal order of representatives of the authorities of the Russian Federation not identified by the pre-trial investigation, issued by them contrary to the above norms of International and Ukrainian legislation, in order to change the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine, carried out an invasion of the administrative territory of Ukraine in the area of the settlements Pobeda - Berestov, Starobeshevsky district, Donetsk region and marched advanced to the area of Ilovaisk, Donetsk region, with the goal of breaking through and encircling units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations of Ukraine.”
