Kyiv, August 19 (Navigator, Yuri Kovalchuk) – Maidan participant Cossack Mikhail Gavrilyuk, who gained fame last winter when, during a confrontation on the barricades in the center of Kiev, he was captured by the police and stripped naked in the cold, starred in a social advertisement on Channel 5, owned by Petro Poroshenko.

In the video, Gavrilyuk appears with a naked torso, on which Ukrainian national patterns are applied. They are embroidered with a needle directly onto living skin. “Ukraine, tempered by pain,” the motto appears on the screen.
