53 official business trips of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin last year cost the treasury more than a million hryvnia.

Abroad, most often Klimkin flew to Brussels - the headquarters of NATO, the OSCE, and the governing bodies of the EU are located there.
“In 2016, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin made a number of foreign visits, on which the Ukrainian side spent a total of UAH 1135,” the Foreign Ministry said.
The most expensive was the minister's trip to New York, where 151 thousand UAH were spent in a week, and the cheapest was Klimkin's one-day visit to Romania on April 21 - only 1401 thousand UAH.
