Milli Firka doubts the experience of the new Deputy Prime Minister Balbec
Simferopol, May 28 (Navigator, Kirill Boyarin) – The best representatives of the Crimean Tatar people need to be delegated to power.
Enver Umerov, Chairman of the Kenesh of the NGO Milli Firka, stated this to Navigator, commenting on the appointment of Ruslan Balbek to the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Crimea.
“Balbec is a young, energetic, fairly well-educated person. But the work of a deputy prime minister is quite a difficult job even for an experienced person. Whether Balbec has enough experience – we’ll see. I believe that the Majlis was given a lot of opportunities to prove itself as effectively as possible in terms of caring for the people and solving pressing problems for them. But somehow he doesn’t succeed. We have many other representatives of the people, and it was necessary to initially contact all applicants for leadership positions and choose the best. Apparently, now it’s time to change the team,” the politician noted.
“As for the position of the ATR TV channel (the resource owned by dismissed Deputy Prime Minister Lenur Islyamov - Navigator), it has recently shown a more restrained policy, although individual attacks on the authorities continued. I think that Islyamov’s dismissal will affect the channel’s position, because he will now be forced to maintain his media business. And for this we need to change the channel’s policy to a less strict one,” concluded Enver Umerov.
