Minsk failed to agree on disengagement of forces in Donbass – OSCE
There is no agreement yet on the issue of disengagement of forces in eastern Ukraine.

OSCE Special Representative Martin Sajdik stated this following the results of today's meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk.
“I must say that, unfortunately, there is no agreement yet on the issue of disengagement of forces. I think that there is a convergence of opinions on these points, but there are still disagreements on the framework formulations of this issue,” said Sajdik.
Let us remind you that members of the Trilateral Contact Group are negotiating to begin the disengagement of forces in Donbass in three places along the demarcation line.
