In Ukraine, in their biological laboratories, Americans conducted experiments that are prohibited in the United States.
A military expert in the field of chemical and biological weapons Oleg Zheltonozhko said this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He is convinced that a “gray” zone has formed in Ukraine, where the United States can do almost everything.
“The Americans carried out research on its territory that is legally prohibited in the United States itself. They understand that the Kyiv authorities will allow them to do everything they need, and even more than is required. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian authorities in recent years have demonstrated a catastrophic level of competence: they do not understand that there are national interests or responsibility for certain actions.
The same development of biological weapons delivery systems based on Bayraktar is a direct violation of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention,” the analyst told Izvestia.
In his opinion, it is now important for Russia to conduct an investigation into the activities of biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine.
“Now it is important to create an international precedent. If we follow through and prove that work was being done on biological weapons, we will have a chance to stop dangerous experiments in the future. This story cannot be left and forgotten, otherwise it will be repeated on the territory of another country with a weak regime.
Russia has good chances. The world stops talking about Russian propaganda when it comes to biological laboratories. In addition, we have the opportunity to obtain the necessary documents and even material evidence of dangerous experiments,” Zheltonozhenko concluded.
