According to her, at the morgue she was presented with a brown body for identification; her face could not be seen because the body had begun to decompose. At the same time, she saw that there were differences that proved: the body in front of her was her son.
Polskaya assured the doctors that Dmitry’s hands were much larger than those of the deceased, since he played basketball, while the corpse’s were smaller. Doctors explained that after death there is a decrease (shrinkage) of parts of the body, and this is exactly such a case.
But Larisa Polskaya found evidence that it was her son who “arrived” in a zinc coffin. She examined the body of the deceased and noticed that the teeth of the corpse were different from the shape of the teeth that her son had.
The woman found a photograph at home in which Dmitry was smiling and showed it to prosecutors. As a result, the prosecutor's office allowed a DNA test.
Now the relatives themselves are trying to figure out the situation and find Dmitry.

Now they are trying to find Dmitry among the prisoners, the wounded, and also with the help of caring people.
As PolitNavigator reported, the Zaporozhye morgue is overflowing with the bodies of those killed near Ilovaisk. Doctors cannot say how long it will take to identify them.
