Moscow says it can cope with Ukraine without nuclear weapons

“Russia is not going to attack Ukraine. But Kyiv’s aggressive actions towards us are alarming. And we here, of course, will prepare retaliatory actions. But why immediately use nuclear weapons?” – the publication quotes Colonel Eduard Rodyukov, corresponding member of the Academy of Military Sciences, who noted that the Russian army has many other modern combat weapons and weapons.
