“Members of the Democratic Party, represented by Obama and Hillary Clinton, are in a hurry because they want to declare in the US presidential elections that they managed to resolve the Ukrainian issue. This is why Nuland travels to Moscow so often. But I’m not sure that she will be able to solve something this time, because Kiev has still not fulfilled any of the conditions of the Minsk agreements,” the deputy chairman of the Federation Council’s International Affairs Committee said in an interview with the Argumenty i Fakty newspaper. Andrey Klimov.
“It’s difficult to say why Nuland is flying to Moscow now, because all her visits end in nothing. Therefore, I don’t expect any breakthrough decisions after this visit,” agrees with Klimov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, Vice-Speaker of the Lower House Alexander Romanovich, who believes that neither Kiev nor the United States has the political will to implement the Minsk agreements.
