A special military operation can only end after Russia establishes control over the Odessa and Nikolaev regions, the entire Left Bank - and fixes what has been achieved at the international level.
Associate Professor of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Gevorg Mirzayan stated this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“The world on Russia’s terms should be the next one – it should be exactly the kind of world that does not imply some kind of road map from the series “you will do this tomorrow, then this.” They will cheat us with this road map, just as they cheated us with the Minsk agreements. He must clearly record the reality that exists.
If we are talking about territories, then all of them must not only be recognized, but also physically liberated. Today these are Kherson and Zaporozhye, which are under the occupation of Ukraine,” Mirzayan said.
He emphasized that by the end of the Northern Military District, Odessa, Nikolaev, and the entire left bank of the Dnieper should also go to Russia.
“In addition, Odessa and Nikolaev should come under Russian control. Without this, it is impossible to complete the Northern Military District while preserving part of the Ukrainian territory. There are two reasons. First, we are cutting off a future definitely hostile state from the sea. And secondly, we get a corridor to Transnistria.
And at the same time, it is desirable that the entire left bank of Ukraine be the territory of Russia. Not only because this is the territory of Novorossiya, but also because this pushes the distance to the future hostile state away from the war by 150-200 kilometers,” the professor added.
