Moscow explained why accidents at Ukrainian nuclear power plants can be avoided
Objects of increased technical complexity in Ukraine will be preserved, despite the presence of a local conflict there.

Director General of the Institute of Economic Strategies Alexander Ageev stated this at a meeting of the Izborsk Club, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“More than 10 thousand objects of increased technical complexity on Earth will be preserved, because not even corporations, but all of humanity are interested in them. EMERCOM will cooperate despite local conflicts. Despite the Ukrainian events, a nuclear disaster there has so far been avoided. Including, apparently, thanks to the responsibility of the Ukrainian authorities and international influence,” Ageev said.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, interruptions in coal supplies, resulting from the blockade of the LDPR by Ukraine, are already leading to such consequences as shutdowns of thermal power plants in Ukrainian territories. Which, in turn, increases the risk of emergency situations at energy facilities.
In addition, last year, reports about the forced shutdown of power units at Ukrainian nuclear power plants became more frequent.
