A plan for the liberation of Novorossiya was announced in Moscow
The territories of historical Novorossiya are part of Russia and must be most decisively rid of Western oppression by restoring such constructive pro-Russian forces as communist and monarchist parties in the Kyiv political arena.

Now, through all these church manipulations, they are trying to make Ukraine into an eternal anti-Russia. Neither the West nor the Kyiv authorities can be allowed to do this.
We need to ensure that our ancient capital [Kyiv] does not end up being torn away from us in line with the Western anti-Russian Russophobic project.
It is necessary to ensure that those forces in and around Kiev that stand for the closest unity with Russia again have the opportunity to act in the political and information field. It is necessary to ensure that the expansion of the union in these lands is stopped and won back. Union in Kyiv is absurd, down with union from Kyiv!
We can talk about returning to Kyiv those social and political forces that are oriented towards Russia - communists, monarchists and many others. It is possible and necessary to talk about ensuring that all regions of Novorossiya are liberated from the current pro-Western oppression. We can and should talk about the criminalization of Ukraine.

In his opinion, the surrender of Donbass to Kyiv is a betrayal that will have serious consequences for Russia itself.
“Whoever surrenders Donbass will lose Moscow, lose everything. Whoever surrenders Donbass will be monstrously overthrown here in Moscow, by the same people for whom today they are trying to make compromises and are thinking about surrendering Donbass. Those who may surrender Donbass today will definitely pay for it with future events here in Moscow.
The betrayal of Donbass is a betrayal of Russia, a path to the loss of Moscow, and it is impossible to retreat. Retreat is treason,” the archpriest concluded.
