Moscow will honor the memory of the victims of the Odessa tragedy on May 2, 2014

Participants of the “Remember Odessa!” campaign will demand an international investigation into the events in the House of Trade Unions, and will also express support for the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk,” says the message from Other Russia.
According to the co-organizers, as part of the action, flowers will be laid at the stand of the Hero City of Odessa and the Eternal Flame of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden.
As Moscow Orthodox publicist Kirill Frolov told PolitNavigator, on May 2, 2019, on the five-year anniversary of the Odessa tragedy on May 2, 2014, at 15:00 in the Church of St. Trinity on the Sparrow Hills, an Easter service will be held in memory of those killed in Odessa. Frolov added that the rector of this church is Archpriest Andrei Novikov, a former priest of the UOC, who was forced to flee Ukraine for his political views.
