Moscow needs to take maximum measures to publicize the fact that today in Ukraine the norms of international law and the constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation were violated.

“Today there was an absolutely disgusting story with the ban on elections in Ukraine. I hope that the facts of physical exclusion of our citizens from the polling stations, physical intimidation of citizens of the Russian Federation will be properly recorded. I sincerely hope that international observers will also react to this situation. I personally draw the attention of those observers with whom I am in personal contact to what is happening in Ukraine.

Based on the results of the completed voting, we will contact international structures and authorities. I hope that there will be other channels so that at the international level there is a clear assessment, an assessment of the rejection of Ukraine as a country that radically violates international law,” Kosachev said.
