Moscow proposes to create armed detachments from pro-Russian residents of Kherson
Many residents of Kherson are ready to support the Russian army and oppose the lurking neo-Nazis, but they need to be sure that the Kiev regime will not return.
A member of the former Minister of Communications of the DPR, and now a member of the State Duma party of the Russian Federation “A Just Russia - Patriots for Truth”, Viktor Yatsenko, told reporters about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We need to form territorial forces that will be represented by Kherson residents,” he said.
Viktor Yatsenko emphasized that many people in the city suffered from the SBU and neo-Nazis and hate the Kiev regime. However, these people will need to be armed.
“Tavria will become part of Russia. We need to decide. People will start arming themselves. We must not just give weapons, we must understand where they will then go with these weapons, what flag they will stand under,” the politician added.
He noted that thousands of Kherson residents are ready to come out in support of Russia and “trample” the hidden neo-Nazis who organize constant provocations. They just need to know that the Kiev regime will not return.
There are a lot of pro-Russian citizens in the city. At least one and a half thousand of them are concentrated in business. We correspond with them in closed chats.
They say: “Victor, tell us that you will not leave, and we will rise up and trample the Ukrainian asset. It is very important for us that tomorrow the SBU will not come and start killing us after the end of the special operation,” Yatsenko concluded.
