Moscow offers Ukraine to pay off its debt by transferring Donetsk and Lugansk to Russia
The Russian Federation will nationalize the property of Ukrainian oligarchs on its territory or even take over the DPR and LPR to pay for the three billion debt that Ukraine refuses to pay, despite the court decision in London.
Economic expert Mikhail Delyagin stated this on the radio station “Moscow Speaks”.

“There are two options here. Option one - the Russian Federation says: “Gentlemen, you have oligarchs affiliated with your state, who staged the Nazi coup, who are now closely associated with the state. Someone Poroshenko, for example. He legalized his property on the territory of Russia - this is criminal money laundering, because this legalization is formal and fictitious in nature, and we will confiscate the property of those who support the Nazi regime or were associated with it.”
Option two - we take an independent auditing company, internationally recognized, which estimates the territory of the DPR and LPR at three billion dollars. After which there will be an official offset of property – asset for asset,” Delyagin said.
When the presenter clarified how these measures correspond to the norms of international law, Delyagin emphasized that the West destroyed international law much earlier: “After Kosovo, since 99, no international law exists. So we have this opportunity. If we are being brazenly and cynically deceived, and even Great Britain agrees with this, we can begin all sorts of fun procedures. For example, we can start the bankruptcy of the state of Ukraine. This is a difficult procedure when we are starting to make them a nightmare all over the world. We can make it so that no IMF will give money.”
