Russian political scientist Alexey Chesnakov stated this on the radio “Moscow Speaks”, according to whom, in today’s realities, certain projects can be revived and disappear unexpectedly.
“Let's wait and see. There are no projects in politics that are lost to history forever. One way or another, they randomly appear where we don’t expect them. Anything is possible. In general, we live in a time when some constructs may arise that just yesterday, five years ago, seemed to have already become history. This will be the result of developing circumstances,” Chesnakov said.
