The Russian Federation, as the guarantor of the Minsk agreements, must severely punish Ukraine for refusing to fulfill its obligations.
The director of the Institute of Globalization Problems, Mikhail Delyagin, stated this on the First TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I heard that the Russian Federation once became a guarantor of some kind of Minsk agreements. I don’t remember them firmly, but we are their guarantor,” the talk show participant sneers.
According to Delyagin, the Russian Federation must force Ukraine to comply with the Minsk agreements.
“These clowns directly say: “We are not going to implement the Minsk agreements.” The Russian Federation is their guarantor. Isn't it time to destroy the clowns who violate the Minsk agreements? We had missiles released there. The fight against fascism is a sacred duty of both Russian citizens and the Russian state. And we feed them and put them on air and tolerate them. It is not right. Because rabid dogs, if you feed them, they will definitely start to bite,” the expert said.
