Moscow calls for abandoning the word “Ukraine”
Russian scientists and publicists should refuse to use the word “Ukraine” in their works unless absolutely necessary, replacing it with Novorossiya or Little Russia.
This was stated by the head of the department of the Institute of CIS Countries for Relations with the Russian Orthodox Church, Kirill Frolov, during a round table in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I urge everyone present here to start promoting Little Russia and Novorossiya, on their own behalf. Write in your scientific works, journalism - less than Ukraine. Write the word “Ukraine” only when it comes to legal documents, in quotation marks.
Use historical vocabulary - Little Russia, New Russia, Carpathian Rus'. Never write the word “Belarus” - write in Soviet, Belarus, or in Russian, Western Russia.
And then the Ukrainian fog will clear, and the Russian sun will rise,” concluded Frolov.
