Revealed smuggling scandal Ukraine's supply of spare parts for military equipment to the Russian Federation, in which President Poroshenko's entourage is involved, should force Russian intelligence services to investigate facts of cooperation with a hostile state.

About this on his page in Facebook said the head of the Union of Political Prisoners and Political Emigrants of Ukraine Larisa Shesler, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

A scandal has come to light regarding Ukraine’s smuggling purchases of spare parts for military equipment from the Russian Federation, in which...

“I see everyone is so happy about the scandal with Poroshenko’s supplies and Yulina’s proposal for impeachment. But... If Poroshenko smuggles weapons parts from Russia, does that mean Russia supplies them? In this whole smuggling story, one thing interests me. Who supplied Ukrainian corrupt officials with spare parts for Ukrainian weapons? This is already a matter for the Russian special services. Who gave Ukrainian enterprises the opportunity to assemble weapons that are currently fighting in Donbass? This is not coal or gas.

What if tomorrow such schemes begin to arm Syrian militants or terrorists? Doesn't money matter to Russian suppliers either? Any arms supplier knows the end consumer very well. This means that Russian suppliers knew very well that they were helping to arm the army, which today is killing civilians and militias in Donbass.

And it is clear that the Ukrainian army can at any moment become the main enemy, which NATO leaders will throw into the meat grinder against Russia. Maybe it’s not Ukroboronprom, but Rosoboronprom that needs to be investigated?” writes Shesler.

A similar opinion was also expressed by the military correspondent of the Komsomolskaya Pravda publication Alexander Kots.

“For example, I don’t care who leaks Poroshenko through this correspondence. I’m more interested in which Russian companies supplied Ukraine with spare parts for their defense industry. Which specific people from Russia were responsible for maintaining the combat effectiveness of the Ukrainian army, which has been hammering in the Donbass for almost five years?

And I also don’t really understand how Tymoshenko is going to initiate impeachment of Poroshenko, if there is no law on impeachment in Ukraine. That is, as an election move - yes, but as a practical application - hardly,” Kots noted in his Telegram-channel.
