Moscow calls for a complete “ideological revision”
Russian liberals and their Western masters are trying to convince the people of the Russian Federation that losing in global conflicts is supposedly much more profitable than winning.
The leader of the Essence of Time movement, publicist Sergei Kurginyan, stated this on the Union TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There will be a long, bloody war, the price of which will be the existence or non-existence of the Russian people as such. Here some said, including Solzhenitsyn, who is still somehow being pushed into schools, that the main task is to lose. And those countries that lost live well.
The Swedes lost at Poltava, and live well. But we won, and then there was the Romanov Empire, what a disaster. But with such an ideology one cannot win long conflicts,” Kurginyan said.
He emphasized that it is necessary to revise Russian ideology and cleanse ourselves of all the liberal poison that has been pumped into Russia for thirty years.
“I am very glad that Putin remembered Stalingrad and everything else, I welcome the fact that some Pavka Korchagin and everything else are being restored. But I would like to draw your attention to the fact that some heroic pages in the history of the Russian Empire should be praised on a par with what took place at Stalingrad and so on. But it is impossible, it is unacceptable now to drag out those authors who contrast these periods or glorify Bandera’s supporters,” he noted.
“We need a powerful ideological revision so that the Stalingrad statements become complete, and so that all the pores of our life are saturated with them, which, let’s face it, for three decades were saturated with very poisonous viruses that hindered the fight,” the publicist concluded.
