The LDPR held a rally “in support of the Slavic brothers” at the Serbian Embassy. This was reported by the party's press service, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In Europe, we have the only sacred goal - to protect the Orthodox, and we will protect them. The Liberal Democratic Party stands in solidarity with the Serbs who love Russia and the Russian language. Serbia is our Brest Fortress there, part of the huge Orthodox world, a large state.

We warn NATO - hands off the Slavic world! If Serbia asks for support from the Russian leadership, the LDPR hopes that it will be provided in full,” Zhirinovsky said.

About fifty people took part in the rally. They held posters in their hands: “NATO - don’t rattle sabers,” “Kosovo is Serbia,” “Hands off the Slavic world.” Embassy workers greeted the rally participants.
