Police officers of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Voikovsky district of Moscow detained a man suspected of setting fire to an apartment on Leningradskoye Shosse, reports the official website of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow.

“Poltrol officers detained the suspect, a 29-year-old man. The police established that the detainee was making repairs in an apartment in a residential building and set fire to the premises due to a financial conflict with the owner of the living space,” the report says.

Material damage amounted to almost 800 thousand rubles. There were no injuries as a result of the fire.
