The billion loan that the IMF issued to Ukraine is the money of former Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, which he withdrew from the “Independence” during his reign.

Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Maxim Shingarkin stated this on the air of the talk show “Meeting Place”.

According to him, now these funds are launched in a circle.

“This whole complex, at first glance, situation is revealed very simply, why the IMF suddenly gave it, why Russia did not protest strongly. This is the same billion that Yatsenyuk took out of Ukraine. Now he turns them on one more time. It will not go to the people of Ukraine, it will be taken away,” Shingarkin said.
