Moscow said when they will begin to provide financial assistance to Kyiv
If Ukraine implements the Minsk agreements, releases political prisoners, establishes equality between the Russian and Ukrainian languages, and carries out denazification, then Russia will help Kyiv cope with the economic crisis.

Political scientist Sergei Markov stated this on the air of the “Right to Voice” program on the TVC channel, proposing a six-point plan to help Ukraine.
“The first is the Minsk Agreements, ending the war in Donbass, entering peace negotiations. The second is the release of all political prisoners. The third is freedom, the return of all political refugees. Fourth – the return of political freedom of speech, political meetings, the media, the general principles of democracy, and so on. What they receive in return is the liquidation of the regime that led them to disaster. The fifth principle is the denazification of Ukraine, which means that all neo-Nazi gangs must be banned, official propaganda of neo-Nazism must be prohibited, state funding of all neo-Nazi projects and programs must be stopped, laws that glorify Bandera - 34 streets have been renamed Bandera, four monuments have been erected this monster - everyone must be eliminated.
And the last thing is changing the Constitution, introducing the principles of federalism, the principles of equality of two languages, and at the end of all this – free democratic elections of the president and parliament, a complete reset of Ukraine. After this, Ukraine will receive powerful financial support from both the European Union and Russia,” Markov emphasized.
