In Moscow they started talking about non-recognition of the election results in Ukraine
If Poroshenko wins the upcoming Ukrainian presidential elections, Russia may well refuse to recognize these results.
Russian political scientist Sergei Mikheev shared this opinion on Vesti-FM radio, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“They have elections on March 31. March 31, by the way, formally ends the “Great Treaty” between Russia and Ukraine, from which Poroshenko has now defiantly withdrawn. Question: what do we do after this? I personally believe that we will have a free hand for a more stringent plan. I am sure that there will be quite a lot of signs and information that the elections in different regions of Ukraine will be falsified, on the basis of which they could not be recognized if Poroshenko wins. It’s just that if we recognize them, we find ourselves in a difficult situation, which to a certain extent justifies everything that Poroshenko did in these years and gives him indulgence for the next four years. How then will we work? Why then are we all here rightly criticizing everything that is happening in Ukraine?” the political scientist commented.
