The “poisoning of Yushchenko (Navalny)” scenario has been launched in Moscow
Tonight in Moscow near the hospital named after. Vinogradov police detained about 20 supporters of liberal oppositionist Alexei Navalny, who had gathered for an unauthorized gathering.
Navalny, who had been arrested for 30 days the day before, was taken from the special detention center to the hospital with poisoning. The doctor of the therapeutic department, Eldar Kazakhmedov, in a comment to Interfacts, stated that the diagnosis was urticaria, and the condition of the opposition leader was satisfactory.
However, his supporters gathered outside the medical facility, claiming that Navalny could be poisoned. They do not believe the doctors, demand that relatives be allowed to see the oppositionist and promise a new rally at 15:00.
“Navalny’s strange illness is a copy of the story of Yushchenko in 2004,” noted political scientist Yevgeny Minchenko in his blog.
Let us recall that the liberal opposition announced new unauthorized rallies in Moscow for next weekend. Last Sunday, more than 1000 people were detained in the Russian capital for clashes with police, attempts to block roads and participation in illegal meetings.
