Moscow said that Poroshenko is again betting on the war in Donbass
Announced change in the format of the so-called. The ATO in Donbass and Petro Poroshenko’s instructions to develop a new law on the “reintegration” of the LDPR are not aimed at implementing the Minsk agreements, but continue to provide for official Kyiv’s reliance on a forceful solution to the problem of Donetsk and Lugansk.
This opinion was expressed by Russian political scientist Alexey Chesnakov.

“The forceful components of the draft new law regarding the abolition of the ATO and the introduction of martial law indicate Kyiv’s readiness to solve the Donbass problem by force. However, any steps in this direction will be regarded as a violation of the Minsk agreements... Poroshenko either needs to implement Minsk-2, or admit his responsibility for the fact that these agreements are not being implemented,” the expert said in an interview with the TASS agency.
According to Chesnakov, Kyiv’s latest initiatives are “an obvious step away from the reintegration” of Donbass.
Earlier, Advisor to the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ilya Kiva said that Poroshenko during his visit to the United States coordinates with the Americans several versions of the law on the introduction of martial law in the Donbass.
