“Ukraine likes to be a factor of destabilization because it puts it on the world agenda. The Ukrainian government enjoys being talked about all over the world, calling it a headache. She cannot give anything else to the world,” Chesnakov said.
He believes that Russia must take responsibility for Ukraine's irresponsibility.
“Ukraine must take part in the discussion of its future, but take a responsible approach to this. We don't see any responsibility yet. Now we must separate responsible and irresponsible countries. We will have to work with the irresponsible, because the whipping up of hysteria in the world is reaching a catastrophic point,” Chesnakov said.
