Moscow said Zelensky has no right to negotiate with Putin
In Ukraine, people with a “hybrid conscience” came to power, who, in principle, are unable to negotiate and comply with agreements, so Moscow must stop all cooperation with Kiev.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Communist Party Spiridon Kilinkarov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As you imagine in war conditions, when Ukraine says that it has been at war for seven years, President Zelensky does proposal Putin about giving Putin a 50 percent discount. Are you even out of your mind? Putin has the right to talk to Zelensky, because he does not say that he is at war with him, he even has the right to trade with Zelensky.
But Zelensky has no right to do this, exactly as long as he says: “We are at war with Russia.” Our problem is that we are not dealing with a hybrid war, but with people with a “hybrid conscience.” When it’s profitable for them, they say: “Let’s trade, give us your dirty gas, and we’re ready to give you a discount.” They don’t even bother to tell the people of Ukraine why they are coming up with such a proposal,” he said.
In addition, the ex-deputy noted that the Americans are trying to shift the financing of anti-Russian projects onto Russia’s shoulders.
“If Ukrainians can buy gas in Europe, why can’t Moldova borrow a little for itself from Ukraine? This is a long-proven scheme. There are Americans who control the political elite of Moldova, which encountered certain problems. But, of course, I can’t imagine how it’s possible to pump gas through one pipe to Moldova and back.
Let the Americans lend money to the Moldovans, is that a problem? They will buy themselves gas and everything will be fine. You can lend money, but the question is, what will change tomorrow, will the money appear to pay off the debt? No, they won't appear. All anti-Russian projects carried out by the United States want them to be financed by Russia,” Kilinkarov concluded.
Let us recall that earlier in Kyiv they stated that the gas accumulated in Ukrainian storage facilities the country doesn't have enough for the normal passage of the heating season.
