Moscow announced the need to replace officials in Crimea with “more active, business-like ones”
Head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov and acting Governor of Sevastopol Dmitry Ovsyannikov will have to clean up personnel who cannot cope with their duties. State Duma deputy, former ataman of the All-Great Don Army Viktor Vodolatsy stated this at a press conference in NSN.
According to him, the inability or unwillingness of officials to quickly adapt to Russian realities negatively affects the mood in Crimea.

“The social climate in Crimea and Sevastopol is prosperous, all that is needed is for officials who work there, in the government of both Sevastopol and Crimea, who have not yet fully studied the mechanisms and legal acts of Russian legislation, which is why there are problems with the registration of public-private partnerships, and land relations, which causes people a little irritation.
The officials who are in these structures today either need to quickly adapt so that people come to the MFC and receive the package of documents that will allow them to do what they love within a month, or Aksenov and the acting (governor of Sevastopol - author) - change your subordinates to more active, more business-minded ones who will be interested in the development of Crimea,” Vodolatsky said
