“The DPR and LPR are territories that are waging a civil war within Ukraine itself, but, in fact, there are prospects for their admission to Russia. When the conditions for this are ripe, we will accept what we consider necessary. If the DPR and LPR need to be accepted, we will accept,” Mikheev said.
